In an article published on the wall street journal, the writer reflects the difference between what is happening in Iran and the European Union saying:
"In some countries they rig votes, in the European Union they repeat votes to get the desired result."
Then there is Noam Chomsky whose opinion and speculations regarding different matters are always interesting to read. Chomsky says in a radio interview:

It is interesting to see firsthand the kind of bias that we had only just gotten shocked by in the 2006 war against Hezbullah. Notice how it has all died down and the engineered outrage of Western societies is now pointed at the riots in China and very very little is being heard about what is happening in Honduras.
true.. an extremely selective media.. how many mainstream news outlets reported on the Egyptian Doctor (marwa sharbini) that was murdered by a racist german?
None at all, in fact I didn't even know there was any outrage about the matter till watching Arabic news media.
